The Fulbright Association is currently running a second pilot phase of our mentorship program, “Fulbright Together”. Some history about this program: in 2022, we initiated a first phase pilot program for mentorship and professional development, pairing young professional Fulbrighters with more experienced career professional Fulbrighters based on a shared Fulbright experience and professional discipline. The feedback has been incredible, but we have learned that there is strong but unmet demand from young grantees for a mentor as they transition to life back in the United States.

So, through a second pilot phase of this program, we are now conducting the matching process aiming to match current Fulbright grantees and very recent alumni with more experienced Fulbright professionals to assist them with professional and/or personal development. We hope to expand this program to the entire Fulbright community in the coming months.
