Mikhaela Frondozo

Non-Profit Operations Intern

Mikhaela Frondozo (she/her) is the Summer 2023 Non-Profit Operations Intern at Fulbright Association. She is a senior at Georgetown University, majoring in Government with concentration in Law and Policy, minoring in History and Sociology. During her time at Georgetown, she has invested a large portion of her academic career through leadership with the Center for Social Justice’s Alternative Breaks Program and First-Year Orientation to Community Involvement–whose values directly coincides with Fulbright Program’s commitment to fostering a cultural understanding, advancing knowledge across communities, and build lasting connections with others.

Originally born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Frondozo devotes a tremendous portion of her time uplift the Asian community by actively participating in affinity groups, even earning the position as Georgetown’s Club Filipino President. Frondozo is passionate about socio-cultural humility, racial empowerment and justice, and fair representation advocacy.
