The health and safety of our attendees remains our top priority. The Fulbright Association is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment in which guests are expected to abide by all policies in effect for the event.

Vaccination Requirement

To promote the safety of all attendees, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.”Full vaccination” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized (or emergency use authorized) double-dozed vaccines or single-dose vaccine. We strongly encourage all attendees who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 Booster in addition to being fully vaccinated.

We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions for the conference regularly and coordinate with trusted national resources, state and local public health agencies, and the Hyatt Hotel Bethesda.

* Unvaccinated individuals with a medical or religious exemption will be required to email documentation of a negative PCR COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to arriving onsite.

Individual Accountability
