This project happened a year after returning from my Fulbright in Iceland, and after recovering from Covid-19. I experienced a lot of lucid dreaming, and found myself longing profoundly for Iceland. This video is an approximation of those feelings/sensations.

This animation combines footage I shot in Australia, images of the aurora boreales that I captured in Iceland, along with sounds of nature/approximations of nature and other computer-generated elements. The intention is to create a suspended state of contemplation.
