Fiona Breslin

Membership and Office Manager

Fiona was first inspired by the Fulbright mission when she joined the team in 2019 as a Government Affairs intern. Since then, she has served the organization in several capacities. Now, as Membership and Office Manager, Fiona works to build a diverse and engaged membership base, giving Fulbrighters of all backgrounds more opportunities to grow, serve, and celebrate the Fulbright mission of education, advocacy and service. She leads several individual membership programs, including the Mentorship Program and the Travel Program. She also manages institutional partnerships for the Association.

She recently graduated Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Service, where she majored in International Politics with a concentration in Foreign Policy Processes and minored in French. Now based in New York City, she is a lover of languages, a passionate supporter of the arts, and a curious (and frequent) traveler. As as first-generation American, she knows first-hand the power of cross-cultural exchange and is proud to advocate for that effort through Fulbright.
