Are you a young professional or recent Fulbright returnee looking to advance your career, make a job change, or strengthen your application and interview skills? The Fulbright Association Annual Conference will include programming designed to support you as you look ahead to your professional future.

On Sunday, November 5, an expert panel of professional career counselors will lead a discussion for young professionals titled “Your Career: The Next Step.” Recognizing that the transition from Fulbright to career offers a tremendous opportunity to consider options and next steps, the session will bring together accomplished Fulbright alumni who have used their Fulbright experiences to inform their career planning. It will address critical career questions, including: How did your Fulbright shape your future? How did you use your Fulbright experience to identify new career opportunities and then connect to those opportunities? What concrete advice do you have for recent Fulbright participants to maximize their career potential?

Following the expert panel, individual career counseling sessions will be available. Working one-on-one with career advising professionals, participants in these sessions will have an opportunity to review a resume and cover letter and receive personalized advice on their own career development questions.

Please note that conference registration is a prerequisite for participation in a career counseling session, and that limited spots are available.
