Cooking Demonstration and Meal with Break Bread/Break Borders

Fulbright Association members will have a special cooking demonstration with a meal through the Dallas non-profit Break Bread/Break Borders. If you haven’t heard about Break Bread/Break Borders, it is catering with a cause, where refugee women are economically empowered by cooking for a living. The women are mentored by professional chefs, restaurants, caterers and culinary consultants.

 

The cost of this event is $80 for each participant, of which the Fulbright Association will pay half. Therefore the charge for Fulbright Association members will be $40. Keep your eye out for an Eventbrite sign up coming to your email soon! Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early.
