As a reminder, the Fulbright Association is launching a new speaker series to support our community with timely conversations led by thought leaders. Our first session—“Caring for Mental Health During Difficult Times”—will take place on April 29, 2025, at 12pm ET.

With so many of us navigating numerous challenges that impact our well-being, we have brought together a number of experts for this discussion that will offer meaningful insights and practical guidance on protecting your mental health.

Our panelists— General Micheal Rochell, U.S. Army (Ret), Dr. Victoria Kress, Dr. Patrice Moulton —will explore current mental health trends, share resources, and offer strategies for managing stress and building resilience.

If you have a question you’d like the panelists to address during the event, we welcome you to send it in advance to info@fulbright.org.

Register here to join us for this important and timely conversation.
