The Pathways to Global Leadership Youth Summit seeks to inspire and prepare underrepresented high school students to participate in international exchange opportunities and consider careers in international affairs.
With the support of international exchange program alumni and internationally-minded guest speakers, students convened, collaborated, and contributed towards fostering mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and global cooperation at this one-day program.
Students had the opportunity to network, discover international exchange opportunities, learn about exchange challenges specific to people of color, and discuss how young people can tackle the major international challenges facing the United States.
