Cultural Relativism – John Michael Strawn – Germany 1973

In Berlin during the Vietnam War era, I became sensitized to subtle propaganda. I could listen to the radio news from the Armed Forces Network, the local West Berlin radio stations, to East Berlin. I would hear about the communist troops in S Vietnam, the war in Vietnam, and the capitalist troops in S. Vietnam.

Nowadays we hear about a “regime” instead of a “government” in certain countries. Why “regime?”
