The Fulbright grant allowed me to widen my scientific network in the United States. I did several presentations on the outcome from my research project on brain tumors and received valuable inputs from eminent scientists in the field of cancer biology. I attended the 2017 Society for Neuro Oncology Annual Meet in San Francisco, which is a prestigious conference in my field of specialization.
