• Dr. Rose Lee Hayden will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Hayden is the Executive Director of the National Council on Foreign Language and International Studies. Dr. Hayden formerly was Staff Director for Government Exchange Policy, United States International Communication Agency, and earlier Deputy Director of the Peace Corps for Latin America and the Caribbean region.
• President Marjorie Gardner will deliver “A Challenge to Fulbrighters” following Dr. Hayden’s address.
