A barbed wire fence divides the installation. On one side are images of the migrants harrowing journey to the border. On the far side, that viewers cannot enter, are images of the grave dangers what still await migrants if they manage to cross. The nearest city is a three day walk through harsh terrain in the hot desert climate. It is impossible to carry enough water to make this part of the journey and many don’t make it.
