Dr. Myron Stachiw was an exceptional director of the Fulbright-in-Ukraine Program during the period that I was a visiting teaching scholar at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, in 2011-2012. He was always available to answer questions and organized workshops in Ukrainian culture. A memorable one provided FBers instruction on making Ukrainian pelmeni and borscht!
