In this program, Amy will help us access our own resilience when the world has been disturbed. Who are you when you are at your best? What can you do to be at your best more often? How can you develop your resilience so you can deal more effectively with large and small disturbances in your life and work? This hour will be highly interactive and promote interpersonal conversation as well as ensure you have actionable information to take away with you.

Amy Kay Watson is a leadership and career coach based in Columbus, Ohio and working with clients in high-visibility roles all over North America and in Europe. Her unique background includes business leadership in a variety of industries, including chaplaincy at the Methodist Medical Center of Illinois, and facilitation with groups ranging from 3 to 300.

About herself, Amy says, “I’ve always been fascinated by the human ability to feel and believe one thing while doing something different–a fascination that evolved as I noticed my own duplicities. When I was younger, my thinking habits made me a depressed and (apparently) calm Eeyore hiding a secret Lou Costello persona inside. A mentor helped me to turn my experiences around. I became a student of my own motivations and behavior while I practiced authenticity, self-acceptance, and forgiveness. Over time, I have become expert at extending that acceptance and forgiveness to others.”
