The hotel is located directly located above the Bethesda Metro Station on the red line of Washington DC’s Metro system, and just a few stops away from landmarks, museums, restaurants and shops in downtown DC. Overflow Hotel Information - Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda
All conference activities will take place at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda. Rooms in the conference block has sold out, but you can still make a reservation at our overflow hotel until Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda is a 4-minute walk/2-minute drive from the conference hotel.

The discounted hotel is $159 per night.
The tax and service fee assessed to all sleeping rooms will be at a rate of 13% per room per night and is subject to change without notice. When budgeting your hotel expenses, please add this to the room rate for each night.
The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date. Please note that cancellations of hotel reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.

- From Reagan National Airport (DCA):
Take George Washington Parkway to I-495 North, to Wisconsin Avenue South, Exit 34 South. Hyatt Regency Bethesda is two miles ahead on the right at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue. - From Dulles International Airport (IAD):
Take Dulles Access Road East to I-495, to Wisconsin Avenue South, Exit 34 South. Hotel is two miles ahead on the right at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue. - From Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI):
Take I-95 South to I-495 West towards Silver Spring/Chevy Chase. Take 355 South in direction of Bethesda/Washington, DC, which turns into Wisconsin Avenue. Hotel is at 7400 Wisconsin Avenue.

Weather

Housing Pirates
Beware of housing pirates! The Hyatt Bethesda Regency booking site is the ONLY site that you should use to book your hotel rooms. We work with the hotel directly and do not use a third-party housing provider. The hotel will not contact attendees to solicit reservations.
Housing pirates are third-party companies that act as travel agencies or destination management companies to solicit registrants for room reservations. They may misrepresent themselves as FA’s official housing provider and you may be contacted by fax, email or phone with offers for lower room rates. The poacher might inform you that the hotel room block is “sold out,” and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room. Additional deceptive tactics may include:
- Room poachers may distribute forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by the FA.
- Room poachers may not deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are sometimes non-existent or the hotels are not conveniently located.
- Room poachers may seek to represent themselves as being affiliated with the FA by illegally using our name or logo.
