This will be our second trip to Gjirokastra after a wonderful inaugural Service Corps trip this past September 8-19, 2015.Participants will experience hands-on restoration work, led by Cultural Heritage Without Borders, while enjoying remarkable sights of Ottoman-era architecture and hearing stories from communist-era Spac Prison. “Loved the trip! I wish I had a nickel for everyone who said I look thinner (I am), better, younger and more relaxed since my return. After my class, I interviewed six students applying for Fulbrights in Europe, none for Albania. I have told administrators of the opportunities that exist there.”  – Liz Goldsmith
