Selma Jeanne Cohen Lecture – The endowed lecture supported by the Selma Jeanne Cohen fund occurs at the Fulbright Association’s annual conference and honors the pioneering and seminal contributions of preeminent dance historian Selma Jeanne Cohen.
Fulbright Lifetime Achievement Medal - This award honors Fulbright alumni whose distinguished careers and civic and cultural contributions have sought to expand the boundaries of human wisdom, empathy, and perception. J. William Fulbright Prize for International Understanding - Honoring the largest and most significant educational and cultural exchange program in history, as well as the career and spirit of its creator, the late Senator J. William Fulbright of Arkansas, the prize recognizes and rewards outstanding contributions toward bringing peoples, cultures, or nations to greater understanding of others. TedxFulbright – TED (www.TED.com) is the online platform for riveting talks by experts to inspire and galvanize the general public toward societal progress in Technology, Entertainment, Design, and many other topics. Young alumni from the Fulbright communities of eight nations partnered with TED in 2012 to establish TEDxFulbright, an independently organized TED event to share and highlight the actions and works of select Fulbrighters around the world through a one-day program that aims to facilitate an exciting experience and meaningful interactions.
